Complaint regarding failed recharge and amount debited

Amount debit two time in account and recharge failed. Value: 599  , 599
Sir, I recharge my phone number 9xxxxxxx5  on two time on date  09.11.20 and 10.11.20 but both time both recharge failed and amount debited from my account. Rs.599 two time. Please credit the amount in my India Bank account.
