Wrong product delivered without tag by Myntra

I had ordered Mast & Harbor’s navy blue and white color block sweater on 21st dec 2017. On 22nd dec 2017, i received my order but instead of sweater there was another product delivered with no tag. I immediately call myntra ‘s customer care and tell them the same. I demand for return and they said that they had registered my complaint and i would be able to return it even if there’s was no tag but it’s monday and i haven’t received any complaint mail from myntra. Pick up guy has refused it once and it will get automatically canceled after 4 times. I’m really disappointed in myntra. I have shopped worth rs 13000 INR from myntra in their sale.Don’t know how rest of the products will turn up.

    Myntra customer care is pathetic
    They don’t recheck anything and you are left with dealing with their managers who definitely cannot manage the issues
    It’s hugely disappointing
    I have had a similar experience with myntra
