Refund from Myntra.com -Rs. 2,778.46: Mrs. Ambrine Syeeda, Bangalore placed an order with Myntra.com on 12-12-2014 against order ID: 24549859. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Refund coupon from Ebay – Rs.480/- : Mr. Debapriyo Jana, Ichapur, Kolkata 743144, West Bengal returned a product to the Ebay Seller against which the Seller had assured refund coupon. As he did not receive the coupon even after 4 weeks, he posted his complaint with ICF on 16-08-2016.
