Complaint regarding refund due from Snapmint

I’ve ordered a cooler from snapmint and they gave a call saying that the product is not deliverable at your address. You can choose different product instead of this or you can get refund and ask them refund and they said amount will be refunded by 7 working days. It’s been more than a month …

Refund from United Travel – Rs.30,000/-: Mr. Shreenath Deshpande of Bangalore had paid Rs.30,000/- to United Travel agents towards booking of Simla-Manali-Agra package. The amount was deposited into the agents Indian Bank account on 30/11/2016. However, after receipt of the money, there was no response from the agent even after repeated emails. Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo.
