Delay in delivery by Amazon / Gati – Rs.14,998/- : Ms. Pooja Singh of Bangalore, Kolkata had placed an order on 18th October 2018 on Amazon india of for MI LED TV 4C PRO 80CM (32) HD READY ANDROID TV(BLACK) and it was suppose to be delivered by Amazon on 1st of November and 30th of october as per their courier partner Gati services. MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-: Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010

Refund from Fitness First – Rs.3,000 – Ms. Aspriha Bhaumik of Indiranagar, Bangalore 560008, Karnataka had paid advance to a fitness club called Fitness First. The Club was later closed down but Ms. Bhaumik did not receive refund of the advance amount. She posted her complaint at ICF on 16-07-2016 and the matter was taken up with the Club.
