Refund from Paytm: Mr. Shekhar Pomendkar, Ghatkopar west, Mumbai 400086, Maharashtra [shaky1029[at]yahoo.co.in] ordered Ambrane p-1000 portable charger powerbank on 3rd july 2014. He did not receive the item even after a week. The courier service kept on saying it will get delivered but after 2 weeks they said the shipment has been lost from their side n said to contact paytm. There was no response from Paytm to the customer’s emails. He therefore asked for the refund but there is no response. Mr. Pomendkar posted his complaint with ICF on 02-08-2014 and the matter was taken up with Paytim. He got his money back by 05-08-2014.
