Refund from matrimonialsindia – Rs.3,750/- : Mr. Shripal Sanjay Oswal of New panvel navi mumbai, Dist raigad, 410206 had taken personal relationship manager service from matrimony portal named matrimonials india by paying Rs.7500. The relationship manager had promised the customer that hey will arrange talk with atleast 5 potential matches as per her partner preferences but they did not provided any service. Customer posted his complaint with ICF on 13-05-2019 and the matter was taken up with the portal. After follow-ups, the customer settled for 50% refund and the issue was resolved by 05-06-2018.
