Product not delivered by Snapmint but showing delivered

Product isn’t delivered bt in status it’s showing delivered. Value: 435 I ordered from snapmint and in status it showing delivered bt I haven’t received the order even I haven’t received any phone call from delivery boy…and I wanted to know about which courier wass delivered the product. I want to know the courier name …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
