Product isn’t delivered bt in status it’s showing delivered. Value: 435

I ordered from snapmint and in status it showing delivered bt I haven’t received the order even I haven’t received any phone call from delivery boy…and I wanted to know about which courier wass delivered the product. I want to know the courier name and delivery boy’s phone number… If i won’t get my order I’ll not pay EMI anyhow..

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
