Refund from Fitnessworld.in – Rs.2,198/- : Mr. Akshat Mangla of Gurgaon, Harayana had placed an order for INR 2198 on 15-Sep-2016 with fitnessworld.in. The company claimed to have shipped the product on 19-09-2016 but the customer did not get the product and there was no information from the courier company. Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied.
