D mart charging for carry bags

I did shopping in dmart ic colony of rupees 6390 rupees as they charge extra16 rupees for carry bag..i told them its not allowed to charge customer for carry bags..but they said we don’t have any written notes that we will not take charge for carry bag..please request you to look into this. Complaint against AutoIndia for non-receipt of dues: Mr.S.K.Gupta of Noida, who was contracted by AutoIndia to work as an Auto Expert for their web portal http://www.autoindia.com, had posted a complaint in the Forum on 19-08-2009 with regard to non-receipt of his dues from AutoIndia. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
