Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. Complaint regarding Daikin AC – Rs.36,000/- : Mr. Raghavul v v of Nidadavole 534342, Andhra Pradesh bought a Daikin AC from Whynot showroom on 22-03-2016. The shop had assured replacement of AC if he faces any problem. There was problem with AC and he did not get any assistance from the company and the shop. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Even after a month she did not get refund from Makemytrip or Spicejet. She posted her complaint with ICF on 08-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010.
