Complaint regarding India Live Sales online shopping

I have purchased an item on India Live Sales on 12th July 2020 by paying Rs649 to product (Drone after discount) and received an confirmation email. After this till now I have not received product or any information form the seller. I have sent many follow up email’s but no use. I have attached the email. Please review and do the needful.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
