Waiver of Charges by ICICI Bank – Rs.1,100/-: Mr. Pankaj Sharma of Sikar 332001, Rajasthan was having a no minimum balance account with Rajasthan Bank which was later merged with ICICI Bank. However, after merger, ICICI Bank started charging for non-maintenance of minimum balance without notification to the customer. Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue. Refund from Vynam.com – Rs.3,100/-: Mrs. Sheetal Ghuge of Washim, Maharashtra ordered Saree from Vynam.com by making a payment of Rs.3,100/- on 05-03-2018. However, she did not receive the order even after a month and her telephone calls to the customer care did not yield any fruitful results. Refund from Go Ibibo / Spicejet – Rs.12,294/-: Mr. Paramjeet Ganguly of Bangalore had booked a flight ticket on Spicejet through GoIbibo which was cancelled due to covid. The the Airlines confirmed refund to Go Ibibo the customer did not get refund from GoIbibo. Mr. Ganguly posted his complaint with ICF on 15-12-2020 and the matter was taken up Go Ibibo. The product delivered to him was defective and upon a complaint from Mr. Pandey Naaptol replaced the product with another piece. However, the replacement product was also defective.
