I had applied in a lottery conducted by Shapoorji Pallonji for phase 6 but I was unsuccessful but later I was offered to apply in phase 7. Fortunately I got through and my application was alloted .
I was expecting the possession of my flat in June this year (2019) …as per the annexure guidelines, however, I have not got the possession yet.
I contacted the phone support of shapoorji pallonji and they informed me that as per the update provided by the management the flats possession has been delayed and it shall begin towards Dec’19. I called today(5th November’19) to seek further update and they informed that it has been extended and the possession will be given in April ‘2020.
It is ridiculous and quite inconvenient for people like me who lives in a rented house and has to pay the house loan EMIs at the same time.
I wrote an email to the Shapoorji Pallonji management as well and they asked me to be patient despite that I told them my current situation.
I expect consumer forum to consider my situation and help me through is tough time. I am unable to continue with the EMIs and pay my house rents. It has also happened that I had to take a personal loan to continue paying my debts from the bank.
