Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months. She posted her complaint in ICF on 1.11.2009 and ICF submitted the complaint to Make My Trip. Ms. Claudia Jones got her full refund on 08-11-2009. Makemytrip - 09.11.2009

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund from Amante Lingerie – Rs.1,148/-: Ms. Akanksha Singh of Jankipuram, Lucknow 226021 placed an order on www.amantelingerie.in which was unsuccessful and the amount got debited from her A/C but no order confirmation received. She had sent multiple mails and asked for refund but no one was responding. She posted her complaint with ICF on 28-06-2020 and got her refund on 03-07-2020. Jankipuram, Lucknow 226021

MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
