Wrongful multiple debits for order with Oppo shopping store

The amount of 1999/- three times money was deducted from my account but 1999/- two times refunded done.one refund left.so many times i tried to call them but they did not refund my money. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
