Refund from Go Ibibo – Rs.54,394/- : Mr. Paresh Sawant of Ponda, Goa on 14-05-2019 did flight bookings through Go Ibibo portal for his international journey. Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Even after two weeks she did not get her money back even as Spice Jet kept maintaining the refund has been processed.
