Wrong roaming plan activated by Airtel – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Satish of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh had wanted to activate roaming package for USA for his employer’s son and he was asked to do a recharge of Rs.3,999/- by Airtel. However, Airtel activated UAE roaming pack instead of USA. Mr. Satish spoke to Airtel and also wrote to them but to no avail. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
