Complaint regarding order placed with Zopnow.in

Zopnow order not placed but money dedcuted. On 24-04-2021 while scrolling YouTube videos i found zopnow grocery shopping site and I placed an order wort 633 rupees but order not placed and money dedcuted from my account so kindly solve my problem.
