Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.759/-: Mr. Vaibhav Jain of Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010, Karnataka made a UPI transaction through Google Pay to Flipkart on 25-Oct-2019 of INR 759/-. Though the amount was debited from his account but not recieved by flipkart. Mr. Jain complained about this to Goolgle Pay but the issue was not resolved. LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund. Mr. Prasad posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Mr. Prasad got refund on 13-01-2018. Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.2,140/-: David Johnson of Gaikata, Kharagpur 721301, West Bengal ordered a casserole from Home Shop 18 on 30.11.2014. The produce sent to him was of lower price. The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010
