Refund from Perfect Value online store – Rs.8,950/- : Mr. Varshil Shah of Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat placed some orders with Perfect-Value online store. Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them. Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-. SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik.
