I had booked some train tickets and Hotels thru makemyTrip. The train journey was scheduled during lockdown time and also the Hotel bookings. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short-refund – Rs.4,285/-: Mr. Angad Nagpal of Delhi (Email: angad_21(at)hotmail.com) had received short payment of refund against the cancellation of Kingfisher Airlines flight booked through MakeMyTrip in the sum of Rs.4,285/-. After not receiving the short paid refund amount even after reminders, Mr. Nagpal posted his complaint with ICF. ICF took up the matter with MMT and Mr. Nagpal received his balance refund amount on 26-07-2010. Makemytrip - 26.07.2010

Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. Refund from Carenaukri – Rs.2714: Mr. Eram Rizvi of Kondhwa, Pune-48, Maharashtra received a call from careNaukri representative with an offer of paid service for job calls from companies. Mr. Rizvi registered and paid Rs2714 but after registration they again asked to pay about 7000 to register for two more module that will help him get the direct call from company HR. Refund from Neartion – Rs. 4,490/-: Mr. K Ramu of Naimnagar 506001, Andhra Pradesh ordered a product on nearton on 28/12/16. His order id was 2448248 and he paid by debit card amount Rs 4490/-. He neither got the product nor refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 20-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Since then the company did not provide any kind of confirmation regarding Shipping or Delivery details either on cellphone or on mails. The company was not responding.
