Delay in delivery by Amazon / Gati – Rs.14,998/- : Ms. Pooja Singh of Bangalore, Kolkata had placed an order on 18th October 2018 on Amazon india of for MI LED TV 4C PRO 80CM (32) HD READY ANDROID TV(BLACK) and it was suppose to be delivered by Amazon on 1st of November and 30th of october as per their courier partner Gati services. However, even after 4 days the product was not delivered. The customer took up the matter with Gati Services and Amazon without any success. Customer posted her complaint with ICF on 03-11-2018 and the matter was taken with the parties concerned. Finally, the customer got delivery of the TV on 13-11-2018.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
