I had booked some train tickets and Hotels thru makemyTrip. The train journey was scheduled during lockdown time and also the Hotel bookings.
After lockdown happened all travel was suspended and money was supposed to be refunded back to my bank account. The website shut down its call center and never resolved my issue. It has been 3 months and still no action from the company to give my money back respectfully.
I never got a refund for train travel and also they are not responding to my queries. Also website is showing that I completed the train travel during national lockdown ??????? How is that possible????????
All my Hotel booking money was stored in makemytrip online wallet and they did not give it back to me making the money stuck while I needed it during lockdown.
I am surprised that an international company is doing fraud like this with its customers.
Please help as the company is not answering my queries or giving my refund back.
Moreover their call center never receives the call just on the pretext that its a lockdown period.
Someone needs to raise a lawsuit against such unethical behavior..
