GTPL broadband connection is worst ever network. Due to their upgradation process customer with long term subscribe have to face issue. Like number of day connection went off and down . Replacement of Iball Mobile Phone -Rs.7,100/-: Mr. Kaustabh Sen of Kolkata 700006, West Bengal (kaustabhsen@gmail.com) had given his phone for repairs to the service center on 09/10/2014. They said that the model had been discontinued and hence it was not possible to repair or replace the phone. Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Complaint against ApolloMunich for mediclaim settlement – Rs.32,200/-: Mr. Ajay Sharma of New Delhi (Email: sharmaji38(at)gmail.com) underwent surgery for Appendicitis at Saraswati Hospital And Cancer Care Centre on 23 March and was discharged on 26 March. Refund from Fitness First – Rs.3,000 – Ms. Aspriha Bhaumik of Indiranagar, Bangalore 560008, Karnataka had paid advance to a fitness club called Fitness First. The Club was later closed down but Ms. Bhaumik did not receive refund of the advance amount. She posted her complaint at ICF on 16-07-2016 and the matter was taken up with the Club. Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
