Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Finally, Zenify agreed to waive of charges and customer received refund to her satisfaction. Ms. Sneha Joshi, Bangalore 560076, Karnataka

Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. However, even after 40 days he had not received refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 10-06-2013 and finally got his refund by 15-06-2013. Arambagh, Delhi - 19-06-2013

Refund from Vynam.com – Rs.3,100/-: Mrs. Sheetal Ghuge of Washim, Maharashtra ordered Saree from Vynam.com by making a payment of Rs.3,100/- on 05-03-2018. However, she did not receive the order even after a month and her telephone calls to the customer care did not yield any fruitful results.
