Refund not received from myntra

I have cancelled an order for an adidas sneakers and Myntra have been telling me that they initiated the refund process. It was supposed to be received by me by August 4th, 2017. Hospital Cash claim rejected by Royal Sundaram: Mr. Ashish Saxena of Indore (Email: monikaakskwr(at)gmail.com) had taken Hospital cash Insurance from Royal Sundaram for him and his wife. His wife admited in hospital referred by the attending doctor. Royal sundaram rejected his Hospital Claim saying that their doctor panel thought that there was no need to admit in Hospital. Reund from jblcharge2 – Rs.2,500/- : Mr. Nagaraj Maiya of Udupi 576101, Karnataka ordered JBL speaker on jblcharge2.in. He received speaker by kartrocket.com on 14-04-18 but unfortunately received speaker was fake and fully damaged. The customer wanted to return the product but could not.
