Refund from Red Bus / Travel services for changing bus service: Ajay Shunmugam of Chennai – 600096, Tamil Nadu had booked a bus ticket for travel from Chennai to Coimbatore on 14-03-2013, 10 PM. The ticket# TF4C26644335. The bus service# as indicated in the ticket was C21. but the Travels sent a bus with service# C11. Complaint against allschoolstuff.com regarding partial delivery: Shilpa Parulekar of Sewree, mumbai -15, maharashtra (Email: shylpa(at)yahoo.com) ordered some goods with Allschoolstuff.com by paying advance money. Goods were delivered only in part and for the remaining goods Ms. Shilpa had been sending repeated reminders but to no avail. Replacement by Micromax – Rs.9,000/- : Mr. Somanathan M of Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu purchased Micromax Canvas A120 on Sep-2014. He faced problems since December 2014 and submitted the device to the service centre many times. But the issues could not be resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with the company. After follow-ups, the customer got replacement device on or about 12-03-2015. Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund. Mr. Prasad posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Mr. Prasad got refund on 13-01-2018. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to. Refund from Shoper.in – Rs.3,256/-: Ms. Reena Panchal of Thane, Maharashtra placed order # SHOPER1021 with Shoper.in. She made payment through EBS which was confirmed by email from EBS dt.09-03-2017. The customer however did not receive the product and there was no response from Shoper.in to the customer’s email. Ms. Panchal posted her complaint at ICF on 20-03-2017 and the matter was taken up the parties concerned. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
