Order not delivered by Flipkart even after 7 days

I ordered a phone from Flipkart through my credit card. This on the time of payment was showing delievery in 10th Dec 2017 i.e. in 2 days. But after payment they changed the delievery date to 15th Dec 2017. Now it is 14th Dec 2017 n they have not even processed or shipped the product …

Short delivery by Allschoolstuff.com – Rs.390: BINDU MENON, BARODA, Gujarat ordered some products from allschoolstuff.com on 29th Jan 2013 by paying Rs. 390. (order number : 737358). From the next day of the booking, the status shown on their website showing “ready for shipping” but the product was not delivered. When enquired she was asked to wait for 15 days. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them. Refund from Travolook – Rs.16,921/-: Mrs. Yasmin Begum of Imphal had booked her tickets with Travolook for journey between Imphal to Guwahati. However, she received a communication from the agents that the bookings were cancelled due to fare expiration. Following this, customer waited for refund which was not made by the agent. Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Refund from Shopclues – Rs.1,328/-: Ms. Ankita Jadoun, Jaipur 302020, Rajasthan had purchased a mobile from shop clues model Nokia 5233 but received wrong product with all accessiories damaged, charger was not connecting to phone.
