Complaint against jaxtakart regarding non-delivery, no refund

I ordered LYF WATER F1 Battery on 03/08/2020 but still the item was not shipped. Also unable to track or cancel the order. I paid charges extra for express delivery too.Customer care numbers and emails are non-responsive. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
