Complaint against jaxtakart regarding non-delivery, no refund

I ordered LYF WATER F1 Battery on 03/08/2020 but still the item was not shipped.  Also unable to track or cancel the order. I paid charges extra for express delivery too.Customer care numbers and emails are non-responsive. Already sent emails and complaints many times to cancel the order but no response.This is my first experience with Jaxtacart and worst online shopping website I’ve faced. Going to lodge complaint against the website if no response received within few days.

Already bought the Battery in direct store. So I want refund only not the product anymore. By reading the reviews of your websites it seems fake product website. MY ORDER ID IS #566332

People new to this website beware before ordering.

Expecting refund ASAP.
