Received wrong product from Myntra and they’re not accepting the return. Value: 1584. I ordered the Simon Carter London Navy Blue Shirt from Myntra on 22/09/2020, but I received a Louis Philippe Half Sleeves Maroon Shirt. So, I placed a return request the delivery person refused to take this shirt. So, after talking with customer executive again they initiated this process and investigation. In their investigation they’re saying they found correct product was shipped but they’re not sharing the evidences also, When I googled these kind of issues, I found that many people suffer from this. So, lodging a complaint.
