Complaint against nonstopwear.com for no delivery, no refund

sir, i have orderd dress for my daughter with non stop wears valued rs 299/-. the above product i made payment  with credit card.order confirmation on 3rd july 2020. In the site, the product delivery was mentioned as 3 days. up on non receipt of the product i made a call to company on 09-07-2020, for which the call attended guy said the order got canceled and there is no response for the refund. company web site is nonstopwear.com kindly advice.

    Sir,
    I have ordered a top with nonstop wears which costs 299/- by seeing their offers at instagram. I had ordered it on 11 July 2020 and paid through credit card and received confirmation order. But till now i haven’t received any msg or email from them. And i had tracked the website after receiving the confirmation order but the website is not opening. And even i had contacted the customer care but there was no response from them. Sir please do the needful.

    I had ordered a top for myself on 6th of july and it’s been more than 15 days I haven’t received a single update.
    No delivery nothing. There was no cod available hence the amount was paid online. And there is no update after that.
