Complaint against Shein for short refund

Hello, I had ordered clothes from SheIn on the 14th March but than due to the lockdown and pandemic they couldn’t send the parcel and they kept delaying it, finally they themselves cancelled the order. Hence I initiated the refund for the parcel on 28th June. They partly returned the refund but yet an amount of Rs3197 is with them which they haven’t returned yet and neither are. I have been msg’n them on insta, email as well as calling them yet in vain.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
