I have to lodge a complaint against Ola ANI Technologies regarding the severe negligence and lack of after-sales service concerning my Ola S1X scooter, which I purchased on 13th June 2025.
Just within one month of purchase, the scooter started showing sensor-related issues. I promptly registered a complaint, after which, and only after continuous follow-ups, the company finally repaired the issue at their authorized service center.
However, within 10–15 days of that repair, my scooter again developed a new problem. Upon inspection at the service center, I was informed that certain parts were faulty and required replacement, and that it would take around 15–20 days for the parts to arrive.
Unfortunately, my scooter has now been lying at the service center for over 25 days, and there has been no update or progress from either the service center or the company. Every time I contact customer care, I receive conflicting or vague responses. On one occasion, I was told that the replacement parts had been dispatched and would reach the center by 31st October, but that too has turned out to be untrue. It appears that both the service center and the company are simply passing the responsibility without providing any real solution.
Sir, I am a middle-class individual, and I purchased this electric scooter on loan/EMI with the intent to reduce my daily fuel expenses. Now, I am forced to not only pay the EMI but also bear additional travel expenses due to the unavailability of my vehicle. Despite sending multiple emails to the company requesting a standby vehicle until my scooter is repaired, I have not received any response.
This level of service from a reputed company like Ola Electric is highly disappointing and unacceptable. When small businesses can ensure timely service and accountability for products worth just a few rupees, it is disheartening that a multi-million-dollar company to provide proper service for a product worth ?1.5 lak
