Refund from Pharmeasy – Rs.1632/- : Mr. Osuri DP of Narsapur-534275 Andhra Pradesh had placed an order for Pylobis Tablets with pharmeasy.in by using App PharmEasy vide order M18890994 on 5th May2020 by paying Rs1632/-to them. It was due to be delivered on or before 16-05-2020. However, it was not delivered by 16/5 and the delivery was postponed to 24-05-2020 . Customer wanted to cancel the order and get refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 16-05-2020 and the matter was taken up with Pharmeasy. After further guidance to the customer, Mr. Osuri got his refund by 25/5.
