I had placed a prepaid order on the Woodland official website on 14.07.2025, and made the payment through Gyftr Pay.
As of 22.07.2025, the order has neither been delivered nor has there been any communication regarding its delay. Shockingly, today I found that the order has been cancelled by the Admin on Woodland’s website without any prior notice via email, SMS, or call.
Moreover, no refund has been processed till now. My Gyftr Pay balance remains at zero, despite the transaction being successfully completed at the time of order. I attempted to contact Woodland’s customer support multiple times via email and helpline, but have received no response to date.
This is highly unprofessional and causes financial and emotional distress to consumers.
I kindly request the forum to:
Instruct Woodland to initiate an immediate refund of the prepaid amount.
Ensure a proper explanation and accountability for the cancellation without intimation.
Take necessary action against such unfair trade practices.
