Profit Club Card- introduced by Big Bazaar in the year 2022, were sold to the customers who visited the stores (across India) including myself. The card is valued for Rs. 10,000/- and an extra amount of Rs. 2,000/- was added by Big Bazaar as good will. The customer can swipe the card at Big Bazaar stores only monthly for Rs. 1000/- upto Rs. 12,000/- for 12 months. A lot of people (across India) may have taken the Profit Club Card and currently without any intimation or any refund Big Bazaar has windup all the stores across my city (Hyderabad). The amount unused by me through the card was from 7,000/- to 8,000 roughly. I have seen lot of customers with the same loss. By taking all the customers, Big Bazaar has benefited, but we are in a great loss. Please look into the issue.
