Replacement of Rock Jim exercise equipment – Rs.6,500/- : Mr. Prasannakumar of TC Palaya, KR Puram Bangalore purchased a “Rock Jim” exercise equipment through online from Telebuy on 21-0-2017. Customer did not receive warranty card and service centre details with the product. Customer faced issues with the product and lodged several complaint with the company but to no avail. He posted his complaint with ICF on 14-10-2017 and the matter was take up with the company. After follow-up and technician’s visit, the product was replaced on 14-11-2017.
