We attended their seminar and liked the services as they offered 4 Star and 5 Star properties for Vacation. We paid 1 lac rupees for 35 nights across the globe. Their policy is that we can cancel the membership in 72 hours of signing up post that we cannot cancel it. Now they informed that for booking, we need to submit the request 30 days prior to travel.That means if you are not getting any positive response or not happy with their services, you cannot do any thing. Upon requesting for booking, firstly they do not reply to emails or answer the calls on timely manner. Additionally, they provide you options that are 3 Star and below. After finding this, I wrote a negative review on google about their services. (Note: There are many customers who write negative reviews but they post fake positive reviews to manage the average – One of their managers told me this.) They offered me a good 4 Star property only on condition that I delete the negative review. this is their business ethics.
This is a short description why I need refund from them.

such a worst company to work in.. first a consultant has to manage the member instead of crm team and crm team don’t even offer a good 4/5 star properties instead they provide 3 star properties that is far from commited , also they have taken the incentives to their selves .. and if we try to leave the company they will stop the whole months salary… hope the company get’s banned.
The staff has no manners how to deal with clients they insult, company should give proper training of etiquette and client management if client not join membership they showed their anger.

They offer u 3 star or below instead of 4 and 5 star hotels and when u called them,they never take calls. After so many calls they answer one call and promise u to call back in sometime which they never did and many more reasons are there for refund.They behave very rudely. Just refund my amount otherwise they have to suffer from legal actions.
