Delayed delivery by Niteo Furnitures – Rs.5,700/-: Mr. Chandraprakash of Thane, Maharashtra (Email: cp_ecs[@]yahoo.com) booked a Regular 5-shelf shoe rack from Niteo Furnitures at BKC Furniture Expo vide bill no. 3316 dated 24/08/2014. He had paid an advance of Rs. 1000/- also. In the bill the delivery date mentioned was 2 weeks. Also the sales person committed that the delivery will be made in 2 weeks time. However, even after passing of 2 weeks delivery was not made and he was given false assurances. He posted his complaint with ICF on 13-09-2014 and the matter was taken up with the company and by 17-09-2014 the product got delivered.
