Complaint regarding data entry fraud, typing work

Data Entry Fraud. Value: 7900
A company by the name of Support Cell Private Limited scammed me. I paid them 7900 in total and they are not responding to me anymore. First I paid 1850 before starting their typing work and after they asked me for more money. I paid whatever they asked me and now not replying anymore. What do I do now? Please help.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
