Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

I am an defence personal I tried to book my flight thorough TRAVOLOOK site on 30th Dec 2022. My booking ref 3xxxxxx after 5 minutes this site given message that we couldn’t get PNR from your airline and your booking is cancelled, and you will get refunds within 2hrs. But till date this site not refunds my amount. I spoken 4 times to the site and leave mails they informed me within 7 working days you will get your amount, after passed prescribed time not refund the amount. Please takes some action against this site that they refund my amount.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
