The dishwasher was not working for the last 2 years. Several requests made to send technicians. No technician attended. At last return pickup attempt made and the pickup person went to the address as mentioned in the invoice. For the last 3 years I am staying in my present address Ankura, Tellapur, Hyderabad 502032.
The pickup person called me on April 25th from the invoice address and I told him I am not staying in that addrerss. He cancelled the pick up and told me pickup will be arranged from my present address.
But, it didn’t happen till date. again for the last one month I am calling continuosly the customer care and they are keeping the issue unsolved. So, I am requesting to arrange immidiate pickup and refund.
