Complaint regarding down payment made to Snapmint

Yesterday 04/10/2020, i had ordered an washing n paid downpayment of ?.1329. after paying down payment , it’s showing status that verification is on progress, since it’s showing same status since last 12 hrs I can say that snapmint a fraud company is fooling us n looting us by showing wrong status

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
