Bought a Hitachi new model AC on 25th may. It stops cooling after a month. after so many complaints it service boy arrives after 12 to 15 days & didn’t find a cause of not cooling & went away.. again after 2 days another guy arrived saying outdoor pvc not working & left. Then came again after 3 days changed indoor outdoor both pvc 2 3 times but nothing works. after it he declared compressor is dead & left. Then after the area manager of so called brand Mr. Sxxxi send their guy to re check & they took machine with themselves almost 10 to 12 days ago..
I ask for replacement first they agreed but after few days denied to accept that he said for replacement & said he will fix the same machine soon. I still try to complaint through Hitachi’s Twitter handle sending them mails. Still nothing works. At last I m here in a that would get HELP!!!
I attached a bill copy & job sheet that a service guy provided to me at the time they take machine with themselves.

Be careful with fraud service Center site and number 7039242109 / 7039136503. These people are fraud, having a tie up with local vendors and charge heavily. They will not provide any invoice or receipt for the work and will not entertain any fault after service. Very rude behaviour, don’t fall in their trap.
