Terrible after sales service of DAIKIN

When a customer buys a reputed Japanese branded Air Conditioner, DAIKIN, the least any customer expects is a decent after sales service.

Our split aircon has not been working for past few days, Our complaint number is 21718136

Despite numerous calls and follow ups, nothing is being done. In the high heat, if one doesn’t use the AC, when would one use ???

It just shows bad management which one expects the least from a reputed Japanese brand. It’s am extremely disappointing experience and plan to address this issue in the consumer forum
