Complaint regarding Luminous inverter battery service

I submitted my luminous inverter battery to service center bokaro Real Tech via dealer through online complaint, it’s more than a week but every time I enquiry they say more two three days this happened four times even my battery is under waranty. Even today 31/08/18 I called I got the same reply in a very sarcastic way, we are facing much problem as we are staying in an area of load shutting and my mother is a elderly patient, when I told about ICF they told go ahead. Please do some needful

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
