I have cleared dues for couple of consumer loans approx three months back which i took from a pvt company name Zest money. Due to pandemic i was not able to pay, so it left a bad impact on cibil, I cleared dues requested for an NOC i also mentioned loan account no which was showing bad in my cibil, i was told that i will get NOC after 30 days, then it became 45, then after 60 days they gave NOC for two loan accounts of mine which are not the points of concern, Now its going to be almost 80 days. They said it will be updated in your cibil in the next 30 working days, i requested an NOC from the company for one particular account which i paid off and still it is effecting my cibil, Zest money started ignoring my mails and not giving any proper answer in yes or no. One of my very important loan work is stuck due to this, And they are not understanding the gravity of it.
